Katie Woodward, former QSHE Manager, has been promoted to Head of Operations to strengthen our senior leadership team.
Having joined the business three years ago, Katie will now take responsibility for ensuring customers get the best quality and service from both the product and our people. This will see her manage our Health and Safety, Quality, Production, Engineering and Logistics teams.
Katie comments: “I am so pleased to be taking the next step in my career. It is very encouraging to know that hard work gets recognised and rewarded in the business. Like many organisations, we have had to learn and adapt over the last two years, but we have shown that teamwork delivers results.
“I am a big believer that in senior leadership roles we must appreciate the influence that we have on the professional and personal lives of those we work with. I want to use this opportunity to ensure that I have a positive impact on the team and that they progress with me as I support the CorrBoard business and its growth strategy.”
