CorrBoard take further steps to create a strong and progressive culture at the business

We are very pleased to announce that we have taken further steps to create a strong and progressive culture at the business by joining the Living Wage Foundation.

It is hoped that the move will provide reassurance and commitment to our colleagues and potential candidates that we are serious about providing fair pay, as well as other benefits for employees.

Managing Director of CorrBoard, Rob Burgin comments: “CorrBoard employs almost 100 people from Scunthorpe and the surrounding towns and villages. In order to attract and retain the best talent, we know we must show how our values work in practice, and fundamentally how they impact on those that work for us.

“That is why, as part of our change management program, we joined the Living Wage Foundation. However, this was just the start. We have also provided all CorrBoard employees with a 5% increase in pay and will be looking at other ways that we can support them and reward their efforts accordingly.”

The Living Wage Foundation is the institution at the heart of the independent movement of?businesses, organisations and people who believe that a hard day’s work should mean a fair?day’s pay.

The organisation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by nearly 10,000 Living Wage?Employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to ensure their staff earn a real Living Wage?that meets the cost of living.
