CorrBoard has joined a national project run by the Greater Lincolnshire LEP to give education-based professionals access to businesses throughout the country. The Greater Lincolnshire and Rutland Teacher Encounters programme will work with 50 local teachers, visiting companies from a range of industries to open the discussion about what pathways and opportunities exist for young people today. Managing Director Rob Burgin comments: Bridging the gap between education and employment is crucial if we are to attract the talent we need. CorrBoard hopes to support young people from the local community and raise awareness of the variety of pathways into work, including its successful apprenticeship scheme.
