Having joined the business three years ago, Katie will now take responsibility for ensuring customers get the best quality and service from both the product and the people. She will manage Health and Safety, Quality, Production, Engineering and Logistics teams. Katie comments: I am so pleased to be taking the next step in my career. It is very encouraging to know that hard work gets recognised and rewarded. I am a big believer that in senior leadership roles we must appreciate the influence that we have on the professional and personal lives of those we work with.
