CorrBoard has joined the Living Wage Foundation, which recognises and celebrates businesses that voluntarily commit to ensure their staff earn a real Living Wage that meets the cost of living. Managing Director Rob Burgin comments: CorrBoard employs almost 100 people from Scunthorpe and the surrounding towns and villages. In order to attract and retain the best talent, we know we must show how our values work in practice. As part of the change management program, CorrBoard also provided all employees with a 5% increase in pay and continues to look at other ways to support and reward staff.
