Engineering Manager Supports CorrBoard's Ambitions

Neil Mattheis, former Engineering Manager at an agricultural operations and packaging facility, has joined CorrBoard.

With a career spanning 29 years, 28 of which has been in the cardboard industry, Neil will join as Engineering Manager and take responsibility for the Maintenance Department, where the priority is to prevent breakdowns on the production equipment while maintaining all areas of the site.

Neil comments: “What most attracted me to this position was the ambition of the business. There is clearly a willingness to take the company to the next level, and I really want to be a part of that journey.

“It’s my job now to identify where we can improve and to put the measures in place to do that. With previous experience from DS Smith, Linpac and Cepac, I’m excited by the challenge and the opportunity to work with a team that is focused on meeting a set of shared objectives.”
